LTO Power for Motorcycles
This 60V 15.6Ah lithium titanate battery is built for motorcycles, electric bikes, and powersports vehicles that demand reliable performance in extreme temperatures. Unlike standard lithium batteries that fail below freezing, this LTO pack charges and discharges at -40°C without any heater. With 10000 cycles and 75A continuous output, it delivers long lasting power for daily riding and cold morning starts.

Core Specifications
Nominal voltage is 60V with 15.6Ah rated capacity. Total energy is 936 watt hours. Internal resistance is ≤40 milliohms. Efficiency reaches 99 percent. Self discharge is only 2 percent per month. Cell configuration is 25 series and 12 parallel (25S12P). Dimensions are 205mm length, 142mm width, and 278mm height. Weight is 13.5 kilograms. Terminal type is XT90 to 120A Anderson adapter. Battery housing is epoxy board plus PVC with IP20 protection. Cell chemistry is LTO.

Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 75 amps, sufficient for motorcycle acceleration and highway cruising. Pulse discharge reaches 100 amps for less than 3 seconds to start the engine or handle sudden load spikes. Recommended voltage disconnect is 37.5V. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 42.5V with reconnect at 50V. Short circuit protection triggers in 200 to 500 microseconds.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses CC CV method with charge voltage range of 68.75V to 71.25V. Recommended float voltage is 68.75V. Standard charge current is 15 amps, while maximum charge current is 45 amps for fast charging. BMS charge cut off voltage is set to 71.25V.

Ultra Long Cycle Life
Cycle life exceeds 10000 cycles at 1C charge/discharge and 80 percent depth of discharge while retaining over 80 percent of original capacity. For a motorcycle ridden daily, this represents over 27 years of service. The LTO chemistry provides excellent thermal stability, so the battery does not need frequent replacement.

Wide Temperature Operation
Discharge temperature range is -40°C to 60°C. Charge temperature range is also -40°C to 60°C. Storage temperature range is -10°C to 35°C. BMS high temperature cut off is set to 75°C. This battery works perfectly in freezing northern winters and hot summer conditions without any performance loss.

Fast Charging Capability
LTO chemistry accepts high charge currents with minimal impact on cycle life. At 45A maximum charge current, the battery can be fully recharged in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The 15A recommended charge current fills it in about 1 hour. No special cooling or heating is required even during fast charging.
